I'm Coach Russ Banak with my oldest daughter Bailey. Bailey has been working along side of me since 2015. Bailey heads all the Tier 1 swimming lessons for our younger swimmers just learning to swim. She is a student at Ursinus University studying Neuropsychology. Bailey prides herself on taking beginner swimmers and working with them to swim team level within a relatively short period of time. She has accomplished this several times in the past and loves seeing the faces of little swimmers being told they're ready for the swim team. I coach all competitive swimmers with my amazing assistant coaches. I started competitive swimming at the age of 6. By 8, I was consistently breaking records and swimming undefeated season after season. I continued swimming throughout my college career. Throughout the years I have done everything from providing swim lessons to coaching privately and on swim teams. I am the founder of Tier 1. Read why I started Tier 1 here. Why I Started Tier 1

Hello, I’m Teag Culver. I’m a graduate of Albright College, where I studied political science and was the captain of the swim team.
