Step 1: Sprint a 50 freestyle from the block at maximum speed for time.
Step 2: Add 10 seconds to that time. For example. If you maximum speed was 25 seconds, then add 10 seconds = 35 seconds
Step 3: Add another 10 seconds = 45 seconds
How many 35 seconds swims can you repeat on a 45 second time cycle?
Every 50 is done off the blocks. You'll need to get out of the pool after each 50.
You can add 5 seconds to your maximum speed to make it more difficult.
